Lindsay vs Baby Weight Week 10

One Thanksgiving down and 1 to go.  At the parents’ house this week.  My mom was awesome and got me a 3 day pass to her gym! So that’s where we’re too now.  But before I go, here’s the plan for this week:

Day 1:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:

  • Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
  • Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
  • Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes)
  • Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
  • Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)

Day 2:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:

  • Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)
  • Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
  • Jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)

Day 3:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2-1/4 miles (or 25 minutes) with no walking.

I’m actually a couple days behind from last week.  So I’ll have to catch up Monday and Tuesday this week.  Do day 1 on Wednesday, Day 2 on Sunday and Day 3 on Monday. woops!

    you betcha baby….1 1/2hrs at the gym….did some sweating…then it was chili time!!

    tomorrow … we are including the arc and then it’s happy hour!!

    weds….workout then watching lena in a parade at the fantasy of trees!!
